Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy is a powerful healing tool that can positively impact individuals, relationships, families, and communities. Participating in therapy can assist clients in not only in alleviating pain and distress, but being engaged in therapy can also enrich one’s sense of meaning, connection, and purpose in life. Clients can increase their ability to understand and express their feelings, heal from past experiences, gain new perspectives on past life events and/or current relationships, improve their life satisfaction, and clarify their dreams for the future.

Our providers prioritize the importance of the therapeutic relationship and approach our clients with openness, curiosity, authenticity, transparency, compassion and respect.  We view our clients as being the experts in their own life and experiences with rich lives and stories, not a set of symptoms or a diagnosis.
