As such, you have the option to request a brief consultation call with a potential therapist. During this call, you can discuss the therapist's therapeutic approach and interpersonal style.This consultation will help you determine whether the therapist is a good fit for your needs before committing to full sessions.

What to Expect:

  1. Initial Contact

    • You may initiate the process by reaching out to our office through a phone call, email, or by submitting an online inquiry form. If you would like to use your insurance, please specify what type of insurance you have.

    • Our office administrator will return your call or message and will ask basic questions to learn more about your specific needs and preferences.

    • If you have a specific therapist in mind, the administrator will check their availability, or they will connect you with a professional best suited to your requirements.

  2. Intake Appointment Scheduling

    • Out administrator will send you onboarding paperwork and schedule you for an initial intake appointment with one of our intake coordinators.

    • During this appointment, you will have the opportunity to provide background information that will help prepare your therapist.

    • This preparatory step allows your therapist to focus on building a meaningful relationship with you during your first therapy session.

  3. First Therapy Session

    • Your assigned therapist will reach out to you to schedule the initial appointment.

    • This first session marks the beginning of your therapeutic journey and provides a foundation for future work together.
