Single Session Therapy
Single Therapy Sessions are designed to help individuals gain the insight and skills necessary to address a specific concern. For some, long-term therapy is neither necessary nor desired, yet they may greatly benefit from immediate, temporary support. Your moment of transformation can begin with a single conversation.

During your consultation call, you will learn more about the provider’s therapeutic approach and interpersonal style. This consultation will help you determine whether the therapist is a good fit for your needs before committing to full sessions.

To Schedule an Individual Therapy Session:
Initial Contact
To get started, please contact us by phone, email, or through our website. If you would like to use your insurance, please let us know the type of coverage you have. Be sure to mention which provider you hope to work with, if you have a preference.
Our office administrator will return your call or message and will schedule you for a brief consultation call with a therapist.
If you decide you would like to work with your therapist after your consultation call, they will schedule your first session.
Intake Appointment Scheduling
Our administrator will then send you onboarding paperwork and schedule you for an initial intake appointment with one of our intake specialists.
The intake appointment will be conducted over the phone. During the call, you will have the opportunity to provide your background information that will help prepare your therapist for your first session.
This preparatory step allows your therapist to focus on building a meaningful relationship with you during your first therapy session.
First Therapy Session
Your first therapy session will proceed as scheduled. This first session marks the beginning of your therapeutic journey and provides a foundation for future work together.
